Introducing: Jordan Saddington
Jordan Saddington is the President and Owner of Precision Directional Drilling, Inc. (PDD), a California-based trenchless contractor specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and underground utility installation. With over 25 years in construction leadership, he’s known for a field-first approach built on strong planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
Jordan founded Precision Directional Drilling, Inc. to raise the bar for safety and delivery on trenchless projects, supporting civil GCs, utilities, and telecom teams with directional boring, conduit/utility installs, potholing/daylighting, and hydro excavation while minimizing surface disruption and reducing risk. Based in Oceanside, California, he leads projects hands-on from bid review through closeout to protect existing utilities and keep work on schedule.
